ARC Raiders Trials Season 6 Frozen Trials: Dates, Maestro Outfit and Week 1 Challenges
Embark just posted the official brief for Trials Season 6: Frozen Trials. In a news post dated October 12, the studio confirms the competitive ladder is live with Frozen Trail, lays out the season window through mid-November, and names the Maestro Outfit as the grand prize for players who climb toward Cantina Legend.
Season 6 dates
According to the official Trials Season 6 page:
- Start: October 8, 2026 (same day Frozen Trail launched)
- End: November 16, 2026
That puts Season 6 at about six weeks. It began while the free weekend was still running and continues well after Pendola Pass has settled in. If you sat out Season 5, this is the first full Trials cycle tied to the new snow map and its enemies.
The Maestro Outfit and placement cosmetics
The headline reward is the Maestro Outfit, which Embark describes as gilded-trim gear for Raiders who "can rally people to a good cause." Reaching Hotshot and Cantina Legend unlocks the outfit's Yellow and Red color toggles.
Final season placement also unlocks these cosmetics, per the same official post:
- Backpack Charm: Sheriff Badge
- Backpack attachment: Infrared Transmitter
- Emote: Pumped Dance
- Scrappy Outfit: Pop Helmet
Weekly objectives still pay out Blueprints and gear as you climb. That loop is separate from the Frozen Trail Reward Pass — Trials is the ranked ladder; the pass is the 60-tier Feat track.
New challenges for Skulker and Bully
Frozen Trail brought new ARC threats, and Trials is built around them. Embark says Season 6 will push Raiders to fight the Skulker and Bully, learn their tactics, and use their tech — including damage with Skulker Turrets and the Bully Cluster Grenade, scavenging on Pendola Pass, and treating ARC machines as target practice with the new arsenal.
For the current week, the community ARC Raiders Wiki lists these Week 1 challenges (October 8–14, 2026):
- Damage ARC enemies using a Stiletto
- Damage flying ARC enemies using Light Impact Grenades
- Open Containers
- Destroy Skulkers
- Search frozen Raider Caches
Remember the core Trials rule from the same wiki: points only bank when you extract, and only your best score on each challenge counts. Die topside and that run's Trials points are gone.
How Trials still works
Nothing in Embark's Season 6 post rewrites the ladder basics:
- Trials unlock at Level 15
- You get five challenges per week
- Divisions of ~100 Raiders at your rank reshuffle on Mondays
- The top of the ladder is still Hotshot, with Cantina Legend reserved for the elite cut
Returning players usually start a couple of ranks below their last placement rather than resetting all the way to Rookie I — useful if you left Season 5 mid-climb.
What's next
- Through Oct 14: finish Week 1 challenges while Skulkers and frozen caches are on the board
- Oct 12: the Frozen Trail free weekend ends today
- Oct 13–20: the PvE matchmaking toggle test begins tomorrow
- Nov 16: Trials Season 6 ends and Maestro / placement rewards lock in
Pendola Pass is still the place to practice. Our Frozen Trail guide covers the map, and our player-count report shows how many Raiders came back for it. Best of luck climbing to Cantina Legend.
