GTA 6 Leaker CyberLeek Threatens to Release a Full Playable Build Six Weeks Before Launch
The GTA 6 leak saga just escalated. On October 10, the group known as CyberLeek said it will release an entire build of Grand Theft Auto VI, story mode "played to the end, credits and all," according to DualShockers, which cites a statement on the group's website. The threat lands just under six weeks before the game's official November 19, 2026 launch. To be clear up front: nobody has verified that this build exists, and EarlyLoot will not share or describe any leaked material.
What CyberLeek is demanding
Dexerto reports, citing creator LegacyKillaHD's post on X, that the release is tied to one of two outcomes:
- A revival of CyberLeek's own memecoin. Forbes and DualShockers describe the trigger as the coin hitting a set market cap.
- Take-Two releasing physical discs for GTA 6 and issuing a public apology.
The group also warned it could post major story spoilers to "prove" it has a complete build.
How we got here
According to DualShockers, clips of mission footage and map data have circulated for roughly two months. After a quiet spell following the Netflix special in August, the group resurfaced this past week with around 25 minutes of new footage. Dexerto notes that the authenticity of that October footage, and its link to the original leaker, have not been independently verified.
Is a full build actually out there?
That is the open question. DualShockers points out that earlier reporting described the leaked version as an unfinished debug build that depends on Rockstar's authentication servers to run, and that there's no confirmed evidence of a retail-equivalent copy. Offering to show any scene on request is a bold move, "but it isn't proof yet," the outlet writes.
How Rockstar and Take-Two have responded
Per Dexerto, Rockstar previously called the leaks "heartbreaking" and asked fans to wait for the real game, and Take-Two has pursued legal action, including subpoenas, to identify those responsible. As of this writing, Take-Two hasn't publicly responded to the new ultimatum, DualShockers reports.
Our advice: protect your playthrough
If you want to experience Jason and Lucia's story fresh, now is the time to mute keywords like "GTA 6 ending," "CyberLeek" and "GTA 6 spoilers" on X, TikTok and YouTube. Leaked debug footage also rarely reflects final quality, so it's a poor preview of the real thing.
